3D Modeled Star Wars Project

I did this project in an integrated studio arts class where we focused on 3D modeling. I created this entire composition from scratch in Cinema 4D. I really enjoyed working on this project, because we were given nearly complete creative freedom to render what we wanted. I chose to render a rogue jedi from Star Wars that was on his way to get revenge against a sith lord that had cut off his hand the last time they fought each other. Part of this project revolved around writing the story which was also a lot of fun. This jedi had been tracking the sith lord for years, so this scene is very intense, because it represents the calm before the storm, which is their fight and when the jedi will get his revenge. I learned a lot about 3D modeling from this project. It was very time consuming, especially rendering the jedi’s lightsaber and the jedi himself, but this made the final product be that much more rewarding. I had 7 different camera angles, so I ended up with 8 different renders, all of which I was very happy with. I also had a lot of fun creating the whole planet, as sci-fi themes are my favorite. Created in the Spring of 2021.
